Akbank customers receive e-mails from Akbank T.A.Ş and its approved brands (ex: Axess, Wings). The emails contain campaign and informative contexts.
Customers can unsubscribe from campaign e-mails by clicking the link located at the end of each mail. Akbank will stop sending emails within 3 working days following the unsubscription request.
Akbank T.A.Ş. does not share customer information with third parties. For affiliates Akbank uses its own campaign management system to send e-mails.
